Returns and Exchanges Policy
1. General Return Conditions
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and certificate of authenticity (if applicable).
2. Items Excluded from Returns
Due to the personalized nature and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Personalized Jewelry: Items custom-made or engraved with specific initials, dates, or messages.
Earrings: Due to health and hygiene reasons.
Modified Jewelry: Items that have been altered or repaired outside of our workshop.
3. Return or Exchange Process
Notification: Send an email to [Your Contact Email] with the subject line "Return - Order Number [XXXXX]" indicating whether you require an exchange or a refund.
Authorization: We will send you a confirmation email along with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
Shipping the Jewelry: Please package the jewelry securely. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package arrives at our workshop. We strongly recommend using an insured and tracked shipping service for valuable items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and inspect that it is in perfect condition, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
5. International Returns (Outside the EU)
Customs Documentation: If you are sending a return from outside the European Union (e.g., UK or USA), you must clearly mark the customs form as "RETURNED GOODS" with a declared value of ZERO (0) or minimum value.
Costs: If the package arrives with customs charges or fees due, the amount will be deducted from your refund
