Processing Time
The time required to prepare your order depends on its availability:
In-Stock Items: 1–2 business days.
Made-to-Order Items (Jewelry not in stock): Requires 10–20 business days for crafting and quality control in our workshop. This time must be added to the estimated delivery time above.
Tracking and Security
All shipments include insurance against loss or damage and a tracking number for monitoring your package's progress.
🧾 Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Zone 3 Only)
As we ship from Spain (a member of the EU), the tax application varies:
Inside the EU (Zones 1 & 2)
All prices include Spanish VAT. There are no customs checks or additional taxes upon delivery.
Outside the EU (Zone 3: UK, USA, etc.)
Shipments to Zone 3 are made under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.
VAT Exemption: The price you pay on our website for the product excludes Spanish VAT (as configured with the 0.001% tax rate).
Customer Responsibility: The recipient is fully responsible for paying all local import taxes (VAT/GST), customs duties, and courier handling fees upon the package's arrival in the destination country.
Failure to Pay: If these charges are not paid, the package may be returned or abandoned, and we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.
